The Team at Jae Nelson are great to deal with. They made such a great effort to fit our carpet cleaning job in for when we required it, communication was brilliant and the gentleman that did the job was punctual, friendly and very efficient. We definitely recommend them for a great service. Carpets look super clean too
I have always been impressed with the customer experiences I have had with JAE. Most recently Xavier came to do a pest treatment, as we have a lot of ants in Richmond. He epitomised the reason people want to do business with JAE. Friendly, informative and reliable.
I just had barrier spraying for ants. And a nest in a ceiling beam space. An excellent professional job. I previously had some expensive rugs cleaned. Very happy with the result.
Jae Tasman did an amazing job on the tile grout in our house. Didn't think 11 year old grout could look so good. Steve did an awesome job and so professional. Carpets came up beautifully also. Thank you so much. Would definitely recommend.

JAE Carpet Cleaning, have provided fine service after we discovered water had leaked through a ceiling and we had a soggy carpet. JAE staff quickly lifted the carpet, installed a dryer and dehumidifier, checked walls wit a moisture reader, replaced the carpet when drying was complete. Overall, excellent service and helpful, friendly people.
