I come here often for sandwiches and juices and the service is always efficient and friendly. I usually always find my items ready when preordered from the app. Great service considering the times we’re in.

My absolute favourite coffee and smoothie chain. Chilled setting, a great creative space to work and to socialise. Standard trendy Joe & the Juice interior. Upstairs seating is available as well as a toilet. Definitely recommend a double espresso for a caffeine hit. Super friendly staff and perfect location.
JOE & THE WAIT! My son went in to order a sandwich and a drink. The order took anywhere from 15 to 20 minutes. Not sure what was going on. I went over to Waitrose to grab a few things and returned - with still a wait. Mentioned this to the lady why this is such a slow process. She looked through me with a fake apology - obviously not concerned. I stopped going there for that reason many months ago when I notice every time I went to order a sandwich, it took such a long time. Things still haven't changed much. This needs to be looked at and addressed by management if you would like to continue a successful business especially in these difficult times. Not worth the wait for me. Pros: Pretty corner building and nice location in Richmond.
If i could give this place 0 stars i would. The staff seem to make a point of ignoring you for a few mins before deciding to acknowledge you. The music is so loud you need to shout to be heard (impossible with a mask on), and NEVER get my order right. I have a wheat allergy, ill order and pay extra for gluten free bread, and had taken a bite of my food before realising its the wrong bread. On one occasion it took 3 attempts to give me the right sandwich. Today a member of staff asked my name, and handed me a bag with a different name on it. I waste my lunch break walking back from my desk to wait for the correct order. Rubbish service, i dont know why i bother trying to give them another chance. IF YOU WANT TO SERVE FOOD, GET IT RIGHT!
Quick and consistent place to get your boost of vitamins. I had the Fibre Active smoothie which is made of Avocado, Apple and Lemon. Perfect balance, not too sweet, nice and tangy! Recommended unless you’re on a budget.
Tasty, strong coffee and nice juice (energy booster). Friendly and welcoming staff, fast and good service. Had a tasty flat white. Only a little bit pricey. Can recommend.
Went into Joe and the Juice a while back to have a coffee. Went to order at the till for a coffee and the lady working at the till was insistent that I wear a mask even though there was more than 2 metres between us. What was funny that she didn't completely wear the mask. Secondly, because of eat out to help out scheme they have made it difficult for people to order in so if you go up to the till and order they will charge you full rate as a takeaway but if you want to eat in then you have to download the app and order. All other places are taking orders at the till and thats why they don't have people coming in. I'm not saying its wrong what they are doing but you shouldn't be told off by someone for not wearing a mask. Won't visit again!
The service was really good but the coffee wasn't quite as good as it had been on my first visit. But your coffee is still a lot better than the bigger coffee stores. I would have given 4.5 stars if I could've.
