Rang from Christchurch and spoke to a lovely lady who organised flowers and chocolates to be delivered to our friend in Richmond. Having seen the photo's the chocolates were almost as beautiful as the flowers.Very happy. Excellent service. Thank you.

I called Cathy from over here in NSW Australia this morning and placed a spontaneous delivery order of a single rose to someone who has recently become quite special to me. Not only was her phone manner amazingly efficient and polite, she even had the rose delivered for me just a few hours later! I have no doubt that I would order from Lily & May Florist again. P.S. Ordered flowers to be sent out today for a birthday surprise, however was sent Monday (yesterday) spoke to them this morning was told that they would send a small bunch out today for apologies which I thought was great. To found out they sent a box of chocolates instead. Super annoyed
