Called and he arrived and had it fixed within 90 min from the first contact. Excellent service. Replaced some broken hardware and performed all the adjustments and maintenance as well. Price was also reasonable and up front.
I called Mark this afternoon as a bolt had snapped on our garage door the other day which resulted in it not closing all the way. Mark came to our house within the hour and fixed everything in about 70 minutes. He took apart panels and straightened/reinforced what needed to be fixed. He took some additional time to remove and straighten out the hinges to ensure it closed better than it did before. He also tweaked the motor and explained that the speed of which it opened and closed the garage door was too much for it's actual weight. Overall, I am extremely happy with his workmanship and professionalism and would highly recommend him to anybody needing their garage door repaired.
