I've purchased 2 bikes off Mike now. He's a gentleman and a neat guy. His 2ND in command in the workshop is a genius when it comes to working and repairing bikes. Great guys, great service and if you hunt around you'll almost always find a GD deal on the shop floor for the bike you want.

drove all the way to their shop on a sunday when they say they are open and a sign on door the said, hungover so not opening today. piss poor for a business not to honour their own opening times. wasted my time and petrol. wont be shopping there again!

Super nice and competent advice given! Visit highly recommended :) I was coming in 5min before closing, that was no problem at all, they still took their time for me. Moreover I felt way better taken care of than in the other stores I’ve been in. Best bike shop for me in New Zealand so far.

Highly recommend Mike and Mitchel to anyone wanting advice on mountain bikes. Michelle took his time explaining different Enduro bike and they let me demo one for a day. Thanks for the demo on the Scott Ransom, I'm now looking at buying one.
