System glitch when I placed my order online. Both same orders went through when I received my order number online so I called cx service right away but they told me they can't cancel my other transaction cause it's already been process. I cant understand why not cause I didn't receive any shipping details yet. Cx service told me I can ship it back once I receive the packages but it will take approx.10 days to get my refund back. Long short story i dont wanna go to that hassle. I'm willing to keep it as long as I can exchange it in store so she said yes. I can def. Do that as long as not refund. I went to the store considering the risk having my 1 month old baby and toddler just to get my exchange done. Waited in line and ended up not being help cause they were saying it was an online purchased. Tried to explain my side cause I really wanna get help with all the hassle I'm getting and it was my first time pandora gift for myself. I wanna keep it so bad but I just dont wanna get stuck on the same charms but looks like there is no compassion with customer at all. Ended up calling cx service again and they just told me just get my refund done. Just like that and not even a sorry for my experience. Worst customer service at all. I literally cried of frustration added to me experiencing PPD is not good at all. I hope CEO/ owner of pandora can read this and do something how to deal with situation to help out cx. Godbless!

Very happy with Ms. Gladys Chu's customer service. She patiently helped me choose the charms and also promised to call me when one of the charms which wasn't available at the store becomes available. She called me in couple of weeks to let me know the charm wouldn't be available at the store. It shows how dedicated she is and didn't want to keep the customer waiting. Thank you Gladys!

I used to buy a lot of gifts for family and friends from this store since I live closer to it. I decided to splurge a little during boxing week and I went to another location at first to try to build my bracelet with the promotion that was going on. The first 2 locations basically wanted me to leave the store immediately because they don't have any of the things I want in stock. Instead of helping me find similar charms, they kind of brushed me off and one of them even walked off on me. Quite upsetting and I was very close to just giving up on the bracelet. I decided to go back to Richmond Centre as my last hope before I head home and I am so glad that I did. I know this store has pretty decent customer service. Sometimes hit or miss but they would never leave me helpless like that. The girl who greeted me seems new cause she wasn't able to answer a few of my questions. She directed me to someone else to help me and boy am I glad she actually showed me similar items. I got a pretty good deal in the end and it wasn't that busy so some of the other girls came over to help out. The girl who helped me has a good sense of humor and really helped cheer me up. In the end, I got 200 off my entire bracelet and a few good laughs. Thanks girls! Appreciate your help!

The WORST. The sales are doing nothing but chatting and playing with their phones. They think my husband can’t afford a bracelet and 7 charms so they refuse to help him. At last my husband spend over a thousand and finally get some smile from the sales. Will never come again.

The staff are super helpful and friendly. I had a charm get stuck on my necklace and the ladies tried to remove it for but had no luck. I understood that this was not under warranty anymore and was willing to go to a jeweller to have it fixed. They went way above and beyond and replaced the necklace and the charm! They were so understanding about the situation and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Thanks ladies!
