The price was fair and competitive with other companies. The materials and workmanship are excellent. (the shingles are reinforced with fiberglass; GAF Lifetime Roofing System) The lifetime warranty backed by a large reputable company like Home Depot - gives me confidence in the product. The installers finished in 2 days (had to work around some rainy weather). The cleanup around the property was good and the installers were very nice to deal with.

It was a great experience having our new door installed from home depot. The installation went so well and the installer was fantastic, friendly and professional. After we had the door completed we had several phone calls asking if we were satisfied and if we had any questions we should just call them. I would say that is great customer service. Barbara Cooper

I was ordering a whole set of entry doors plus side door from Home Depot. The Peak salesman came and expected me to make a 15000 purchase without seeing any samples. After I failed to find the glass/door style at Home Depot here AND in the USA (where he directed me), I cancelled that order and made a new order for the only doors I was able to find and see - BUT the next day the salesman told me they could not do the color I chose. Why didn't he know that before we wasted a whole day? I was trying to get these doors installed before Christmas but at this rate, it would take a month just to get the order right! I then said I would do the side door only but he had given me 3 unexplained prices for that same door and simply sent me an order to sign for the higher price. When I asked for an explanation I never heard from him!!! So much for "time is of the essence" Therefore I asked for a refund. Days later he finally emailed me as if nothing had happened and said i could have a refund - but I am still waiting. What poor service and poor knowledge of product! TWO WEEKS LATER - NO REFUND!! I had to pay over 4000 to my credit card company to cover the charge the salesman too the day he came over! Why did his charge go through in hours but the refund is still not here after 2 WEEKS?????

Wish I could give a negative star rating. After experiencing a bad windstorm in our area, my insurance company provided me with two phone numbers to contact, one of those being Peak Installations. When I called them, I was told they were very busy and it would be a few weeks before they came to assess damage to my home. They told me to sign and return paperwork giving them permission to be on my property, which I never did. I contacted the other company my insurance company told me to contact and they were at my home within 48 hours. I had them come and do the repairs to my home for a cost of 165. Peak installations claimed to do over 600 of emergency repairs to my roof and provided an estimate for thousands of dollars. I never gave them permission to be on my property, never signed any documents at any time and now they pester me to pay the 600 they claim they incurred to fix my roof. They never did any emergency repairs and were never given permission to examine my home. Avoid this company at all costs!!!!
Great professional crew came in to complete a roof replacement on my home. Very efficient crew and the meticulously cleaned up after they completed the job. Definitely recommend them for your roofing needs!
Purchased a new front door through them (via Home Depot's installation services). I'm happy with the results. The door looks great, workmanship was solid, and the installer was very professional and helpful.
