Buyers there is no assurance you will ever get your ordered. They didn't request a signature.
Recently my mom came in to pick up her bracelets from being fixed . One of them was covered under warranty but the other wasn't so she knew that it would cost her a few hundred to get fixed. When she left the store she was sure that they didn't charge her and when she looked at her receipt she was right. So whn she went back to tell them that they didn't charge her for the repair not one of their employees thanked her for her honesty. We are talking about almost300 and noone showed any appreciation to her
I wouldn't recommend people ring hunting in here. The sales people seem to have no knowledged to the product they selling. They refuse the provide more information about the ring beside taking out ring from the cabinet. Just don't get your ring here. Service is really bad.
Will never shop here again. I was in the store for ten minutes, no one wanted to help me, while a couple of Chinese customers walked in after me, they jumped and greet them?! I got that I am not dressing nice, but this is ridiculous.
Knowledgeable service
When I went to this store to get a refund, I had a scanned copy of the original receipt because the receipt they printed has faded. However, both the manager and the sale staff refused to honour the return policy, instead making up policies on the spot about how I was supposed to talk to the original store where I made the purchase, which doesn't make any sense as they are a national chain store. Overall, the staff here is rude and unwilling to help, and try to avoid responsibility by pushing you to someone else. The refund was finally accepted at another location. All they had to do was look in their system and find my name and the credit card used to make the purchase. I definitely do not recommend buying anything from Peoples Jewellers.
