Wasn't the worse, but wasn'tly impressed with it. First didn't care for the menu system, I get the scanning of Qcode, but there were no prices listed, so really had no idea what the cost was going to be. Went on a weekend so naturally it ended up being higher prices. The place isn't overly large, so we sat not far from the bathrooms. The toilets are extremely loud and we could hear every flush, which isn't very appealing. The food was OK, hard to mess up Pho. My wife order a chicken dish and had to spit out a few pieces because they were very chewy/fatty. The food came extremely fast. Probably just over 6 mins or so, in most cases that might be good, but I ordered an appetizer and it all came out at the same time, so didn't have time to enjoy, just felt like I had to rush to eat it. Most places I'd probably give a second chance, but there are so many other Pho places in town and close, that I'd pass on going back here.

Authentic Vietnamese with vegetarian/vegan options. Give the staff a chance - they really are quite friendly once you get to know them. The lady who’s always up front remembers our orders every time we dine now! Highly recommend. Quick service and immaculate as far as cleanliness goes.
We have gone here many times and the service is always quick and the food is good. Not as good as other popular Vietnamese and Pho places in Richmond, but the best Short Pump has to offer. The noodle bowls are good, pho is good and spring rolls good. There is one lady that is almost always there and has an unappealing attitude, but because EVERYONE else that works there is incredibly nice and polite, we don’t let it bother us. COVID ordering by scanning the menu QR code with your phone and/or takeout which stays hot until you get home.
Really nice spot in Shortpump. The broth was absolutely amazing! The business itself is very clean and the waitress was very friendly. Will definitely be back
1st time Phoenix eater and it was Great! If you like Vietnamese Pho food this is a great little Restaurant. People are great and food was fantastic! Highly recommend
