Amazing experience! It's my first time visiting President Optical and Deb was so awesome and friendly. They have a good selection of brand name glasses and also do direct billing so it makes claims easier. Highly recommend this place!

Exceptional service from Barbara at President Optical! We were browsing for eyeglasses at a few stores and came across PO, so decided to pop in the store and give it a try. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Barbara who was very cordial and immediately asked me what I was looking for. Within a few days, I received a welcome text with a selection of frames that I had mentioned on my initial visit. Although some styles did not interest me, I had suggestions of my own and Barbara was open to ideas and was proactive in tracking down the right pair for me. I actually didn’t expect to successfully find a suitable pair without even trying it on first, but Barbara reassured me that she was quite certain it would look nice. When it came time to pick up my new glasses, I was somewhat skeptical of how it might look, but after putting them on for the first time, I was so surprised and very pleased at how it looked on me. Barbara certainly has the dedication and expertise to help you find what you’re looking for. Be sure to give President Optical a try on your next purchase as they definitely appreciate and value their customers!

The service provided by the twins make me want to come back to the store even without having any optical matter to deal with. I feel that I'm talking to friends, not to a salesperson. I rarely have this kind of experience in stores. I already referred President Optical to friends, and I will still do!
