My boyfriend goes to this club and the people are so nice. He trains about 4 times a week and there is a gym, boat storage and car parks.

I have been a member of Richmond Canoe club for maybe 10 years now. Its a friendly, very large over 300 members, well equipped club with opportunities to connect and join in at every level. It is a racing club but this should be considered within context of ability and experience. There are a number of very committed coaches and opportunities for the complete novice to learn how to paddle a canoe safely and efficiently. For more seasoned or upcoming paddlers there are regular coached groups up to Division 1 and international standard marathon kayak.
