Went in with a medical emergency. I was attended to quickly by friendly staff. Would defiently use them again.

All the Doctors & Staff are easy to deal with and very professional. Yes they often run behind time. But that's perfectly understandable with each patient having different needs. Happy to wait my turn in their comfortable waiting room. Wouldn't be any practices around Nelson that can manage to run on time.

I know there can always be a wait at the doctor's, but everytime I have ever come here they always 15 minutes or more over the appointment time. I'm changing health centers!

Many friendly doctors and nurses. They have on site blood tests and ECG, as well as physios. Lots of parking as it's right near a large Richmond car park. There is a chemist on the other side of the car park as well.
