Highly Recommended!!! Normally our dogs are scared to go to the vet. Benjamin upon arrival and being greeted went right with them and into the building! He was there for a nail trim and an update on vaccines. He came out still the most happiest dog in the world! From booking the appointment to finish everyone was super friendly and explained everything in details that were easily understandable.

I love Richmond Road Veterinary Clinic! Dr. Holaday is so lovely. I trust very few people with my elderly cat, and she always goes above and beyond to answer any questions I have or offer recommendations. I moved to Florida for a little over a year and often wished that we could make the 12-hour haul just for my cat to remain one of their patients. They're that good! Now that we're back in town, the clinic was able to get Callie in for a checkup without issue, even though I had to reschedule multiple times. Though services are curbside due to COVID-19, Dr. Holaday and the staff kept me informed over the phone multiple times throughout the appointment-- she even called to follow up with me about a question I had a few days later. I would recommend this clinic to everybody!

We have been bringing our pets to Dr. Holaday for years; both elderly and babies. She (and all her colleagues and staff) have gone the extra mile to give our fur babies the best care ever and to make us humans feel like we matter. The doctors here work as a team and have conferred on our more challenging pets. You truly get the best care possible.
