The young blonde lady we spoke to this morning was unbelievable useless, rude and unhelpful. We felt very let down by the service and her inability to help us. We were told we were unable to retrieve information, but when we went to another spark store they did it in under 5 minutes. Fair to say, nelson spark are SO much better. We won’t be returning.

I have come away from each visit to the Spark Richmond store with exactly what I need if not more. The team are helpful and considerate. Added bonus - you can have a few laughs too! Spark is the company that you thought was the most expensive, and it was once, but not anymore. There are now a really good range of plans that suit my needs in terms of data usage for insta and the gram #important. They still have that wealth of knowledge behind them that you don't find with other providers. Not every staff member is going to have all the answers to your obscure tech questions, but ask around the rest of the team and you might find the answer you were looking for. I would say that people are unnecessarily grumpy when it's busy - the customers, not the staff. It's a mall, what do you expect on a Saturday morning? If you ever have a bad experience with the team stop and think before you slander the entire store. Put yourself in the position of the person who helped you and ask yourself if what ever happened could be avoided. If yes, take it upon yourself to pass on your feedback to the manager. Mistakes can happen and behaviours can change. The management team are absolutely exceptional.

Long waiting times & never enough staff for the number of Customers needing to be served! PS- Nothing to do with being at level 2 as it is like this regardless...Elderly people having to stand for long periods of time is never a good look! so come on Spark! up your game!...

Great help. I was served by a young dutch lad who couldn't do enough to help. Felt very happy and would highly recommend
