Someone definitely needs to let Edwin know that just because we have screens between us now, doesn't mean he doesn't still work in hospitality. Maybe Google the definition of the word? Re-train on tills? However, the girl on the machine at around 2pm on Monday, great job on the drinks. Delicious and with great timing

I had a one type bad experience with one of the workers in the years I've been going here and I was apologised to by all the workers for her curt behaviour but I have to say with the exception of that one time with that one employee named ramona everyone else at this branch are very friendly and helpful overall I would definitely recommend this branch of starbucks :)

One of the best Starbucks you'll find in London. For me, it's 5mins walk from my house, but if you're coming to visit Richmond and like your Starbucks it's a great location across from the train station and close to the centre. Very warm and welcoming staff.
