Dr. Williams is an exceptional professional, a very well experienced gastroenterologist, and one exceedingly caring and complete doctor. What truly amazed us was his promised follow-up calls (he never missed one) to check on us even when he had been in surgery for most of the day. We had the true feeling of care and honest respect towards our issue and we were truly amazed by this custom. He worked with us in scheduling follow ups, keeping in the loop other doctors, and was very educative in care of our loved one. We are certain he has many patients that feel the same. His bedside manners are very caring and truly respectable. Bon Secours (St. Mary’s Hospital) in general does its best and succeeds to be an exceptionally quality care hospital, and Dr. Williams, amongst others we have seen, is the genuine ambassador of this principle. Greater Richmond area is truly blessed and fortunate to have such a great gastro doc. Thank you for everything you have done for us.
