We have ordered for many years from Good Earth, but tonight I had the worst experience I have possibly had with any restaurant. We ordered a meal at 7.25pm and had it confirmed that it would arrive between 8.15 and 9pm. By 9.12pm the website showed the order had not yet left, so I rang them as my husband needed to leave at around 9.30 pm. I spoke to an employee named Pang who pretty much told me that it wasn't his problem that the food was late that they were busy so we should just accept that. The food actually arrived at 9.25pm but missing some of the order so I rang back to let them know - and got the same employee - who told me that if I wanted food on time and the correct order I should set up my own chinese take away!!!! So good luck to anyone ordering from Good Earth in future - apparently you will be better off setting up your own restaurant that relying on them to deliver your food.

So surprised about how many bad reviews this place has... yes it’s not cheap and it can often take a while to arrive (that should tell you all you need to know) but you get what you pay for and it’s worth the wait. The food is amazing and the portions are a good size. I’ve had some shocking takeaways in my time, this is definitely not one of them. Highly recommend.

First time ordering from this place. Placed order online at 5:45pm to avoid the Friday rush and on the basis that system said delivery would take 45 minutes. After placing order was advised delivery would be at 6:50pm , this later adjusted to 7:20 pm. Called outlet at 7:50 to check , long delay in answering and then rude response, saying how busy they are. Then told order left 10 minutes ago ( I live 5 minutes away) and phone put down. 30 minutes later and order has still not arrived. Still waiting . This will be the last time ever use this outlet. Expensive, inefficient , rude . Don’t bother with it.

Very nice food, would defo recommend the crispy duck wrap and chicken noodles, a bit expensive
