It is a pretty good store it has things such as clothes, toys, gardening tools, building tools, etc all at an affordable price I personally don't use it very much but when I do it is very satisfactory!

Average warehouse store , friendly service
Be wary of shopping here. I had the unfortunate experience of having to return an item due to a flaw in the item. Not once did I think I would be questioned about my return. After all the y do have the return policy. However it was not so straightforward. The rude assistant attempted to fix my item herself and tell me it was all good and therefore did not need a refund. Ironically the refund policy was being played on the speaker system. After adamantly insisting on refund for poor quality item the shop assistant reluctantly refunded my money. I’m not sure what her problem was but can honestly say Helen was unhelpful as was her side kick. Don’t expect much from customer services either. Never follow through with what they say and basically a waste of time. Shop elsewhere if you can

I think the warehouse in Richmond, has to have some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I don't do reviews or normally complain but this is shocking to me, quite rude people.
The alarm at the door when you exit will go off regardless of if you are stealing or are just leaving and when checking bags even once its found that it is not because you are stealing that it has gone off they will still search all of your possessions. I understand its theft avoidance but some people have places to be and once you know they arent stealing you can stop searching them. I also feel as though I and another customer were profiled as I have watched it go off for many people but they only stop you to search you if you are young or look financially low
Yesterday I bought liquid liner eye pencil which was buy one get 1 free. I bought them In a hurry and didn't notice that one of the package was unsealed. When I got home I finally realised that one was unsealed so this morning I went back to see if I could return the unsealed package to see if I could get another pack, but they didn't let me. They wouldn't believe that I didn't open it. So I was very disappointed and frustrated and let them keep the unsealed product even though I already paid for it. I will never go back there again to waste my money on the nasty people over there, I rather go to Nelson warehouse store, much more friendly and able to get exchanges on beauty products.
