My wife & I visited the shop yesterday. Our son is soon to be married. That calls for a special hat. Titfertat is full of beautiful, handmade hats to choose from. Lots were tried and Mary, the lovely milliner, offered really good advice. When just the right shape and fit were established, some special touches were agreed. The hat will complement the dress with just a splash of a matching colour. My wife is looking forward to a second fitting, Mary makes the whole experience fun. It's a lovely bit of the build-up to a very special occasion.
Such a lovely shop with great hats and fascinators selection! Will be definitely back, a real gem in Richmond
I rarely post reviews but when I receive service this bad something has to be done. Showed no interest at all and just rude to me.
This is my second experience buying a hat for my sons’ weddings . Both stunning hats that received many accolades but it was the second hat that revealed the depths of Mary’s personal attention and creative expertise. Her confident caring service was beyond anything I’ve ever expected or experienced and this was all in a rush with me in America both of us dependent on mailing including sending the dress material for her to add to the chosen hat. There no limits to what she was willing to do to help and big news it worked beautifully . Wish there were 10 stars I could click ! Thank you mary who doesn’t know how much she calmed me down!
