As an adult, still feels fun to walk into a toy store and want everything. This location , again with it being in Landsdowne and being fairly spread out, does not feel too congested. Your social distancing space alarms won't go off too much in here save for the occasion excited children in the aisles. Was able to find what I was looking for as it's pretty well and logically organized. The staff were friendly and helpful. Always nice that the store has the self price checkers as sometimes the actual price may differ from the sticker price. There are some good sales that occur too that can compete with other online toy sales companies.

Sales staff were helpful. I was able to get all questions answered regarding some purchase from the baby section.

Just went there last week and got my son's a electric scooter, but not really sure about those features. There is two ladies call Laura and Harby are very helpful from the customer service. Each time I go when I have a question, the staffs are really helping and checking something on line for me if their store doesn't have it.

I fell down in the store due to the wet floor over 1 yr ago. It was not a clean water, I guess it was pee, it was light yellow in color. It made me hurt my knee and back. And, my tee & pant all got wet & smelly. I made the complaint to their head office. But nobody follow up. I sent many many emails, I got no respond. I'm very disappointed about your processing method in my case! I never step in your store in my life! Terrible experience!!!!!!

Got a quick look for my denim smartTRIKE at last 2hour of TRus Lansdowne Mall,Richmond. And yeah! Out of Stock same in Coquitlam Branch(via store phone call) and ONLINE for Burnaby branch. What make my hopeless day is a guy name GARY(just read on his name badge) he approached me while searching for a smarTrike! He asked me what a particular item I am looking for and asked him where I could fine a SmarTrike? Whoa! He directed on company's computer and check the stock availability! And we've found 2items available at TRus BURNABY! He immediately call the shop,state its code, its description and time to pick up(which i arrived before they closed 18:45) and reserved it for me. Appreciate much, GARY! Keep it up! What a passionate and dedicated customer service agent! What an extra mile! EVA AHMED
