Tuffnells were exceptional on a Friday afternoon with an unexpected leak. Great service over the phone, called back promptly. Were empathetic and sympathetic. Carl was great and I thought it was well priced also
After initially being told that our burst water main couldn’t be attended to due to the long weekend approaching , we were delighted when Tony contacted us to say he could come to our place. He worked hard for nearly 4 hours on a very hot day and got the problem sorted . Great guy .( And it means we weren’t left 4 days without water )
Really appreciate the prompt service and that Tuffnell Plumbing Drainage & Gas went the extra mile to accommodate my urgent request. Despite their plumber already working with a full schedule during their visit to Murchison, they accepted and delivered without hesitation. Great customer service.
