Thank you. I needed to replace the charger port on my phone, but instead of just ordering that for me, Tuhin checked it first. Awais cleaned it and the phone works as new. No charge for this service, but the phone charges again . Saved me time and money. Trustworthy place. Thanks so much. I'll definitely will seek them out again.

I went to get my S10 front glass replaced here on March 21. The guy finished the repair in about an hour which was really impressive and convenient, but when I went to pick up my phone I realized he had replaced the front and back glass with the wrong coloured hardware. I asked why he replaced my back glass and he said it was because he damaged the original back glass during the repair. The invoice also shows that he used the wrong coloured parts (for the ceramic version instead of the Prism white version). I'm hoping to get this resolved at a different location, but for now this is where my rating stands. The two stars are for the speediness of the repair, which would have been nice if it was done correctly. Very disappointed. Edit: My problem was resolved at the Vancouver location on Granville & W Broadway. They were much clearer on the process and I recommend going to them for any repairs, not this location. Was also informed by Samsung that if I had kept my phone the way it was after this location "repaired" it, it would have voided my warranty.

Got my iPhone XS Max earpiece replaced here. I was charged 70tax. The staff was friendly and they fixed it in 40 minutes. They have given life long warranty on it and said they would repair for free if it has any issues. They also made me verify if the new part was satisfactory before actually delivering back the phone. Satisfied for now. Now I have been dealing with these guys for the past 3 days and they have been more than amazing to me. I dropped my phone two stories and it suffered serious internal damage. They have been working with me to help get it back to 100%. Not only do they guarantee their service but they stand by it. I will be referring anyone i know who needs electronic repairs to them. If i could give 10 stars I would. Sometimes, my phone began overheating, brought in for diagnoses and phone had faulty motherboard because of new parts. They offered to replace phone for new one free (since already paid for new screen) Happy with new phone.

Excellent Service by the staff. They replaced my iPhone 7 plus screen within 45 minutes. The replacement work was amazing and I couldn’t differentiate the replaced screen from the original one since its an OEM part. I would recommend anyone to go for phone servicing without any hesitation. The prices are affordable for anyone, they value your time, you can even wait while your phone gets fixed. Their repair services are really quick, they check the phone before taking it in for repair so they can make sure the customer gets a proper pricing for the repair. I definitely recommend you this store. Thanks a lot i had an amazing experience. Very detailed. Fast service. Great customer service. I extremely loved the fact that i could sit and wait for my phone to be repaired at that moment versus leaving it overnight. I would greatly recommend everyone coming here and i will be bringing my friends here as well. Wish i could give 100 stars. I’m happy to have my phone working perfectly again. I called a few other places and the cost was going to be much higher.

I went to this store today to get my LG G6 phone. Phone had no sing of life, but the technician was knowledable and store atmosphere was friendly. I just got my phone fixed in 40 minutes!! Kudos!! i will recommend others too!!

"Ubreakifix Richmond is the best and are amazing!!!! I thought my phone iPhone 11 Pro Max was broken beyond repair. They had it fixed in 40 minutes. The staff are extremely kind, communicative, clear and supportive. I tried Genius bar and various other places suggested on Apple's website and they all either didn't have availability or put me on hold forever. They can also put a screen protector on for you, which is convenient and not expensive at all. Overall very happy, will go again! price. Great people and business model. Makes the Apple store feel like you’re going to a rectal exam. Was able to get in quickly and the phone was repaired in 30 minutes. They are super friendly too. They followed up with me the next day via text just to confirm everything was working properly. Great aftercare service! I won’t be getting my phone repaired any other repair store for life. They have saved my phone beyond repair on numerous occasions."
