All the staff was very nice when I made my purchase, I would given them 5 stars. The manager on the other side was very rude. Not because I was turned down on exchanging an unopened mask I got 20 minutes prior (her point about public health was very valid) but because when I was trying to tell her how this negative experience could have been prevented her response was \it's not our problem\.

Lots of people here. Good deals and good selections. Well trained staff... last time, they forgot to take off the security tag on one of the shoe.. called and talked to one of store manager. She handled it very well.

Bad service, obviously because their workers are South Asian. Horrible!! Retail Associate should learn how to talk to customers properly, One of them already standing in Entrance telling customer what's on sale and maybe you should tell your customer before entering your not allowed to try on clothes because most of the stores were okay with it. Don't just come up randomly saying that we are not allowed to try on clothes! Stupid.
