It’s the worst place, please avoid. We spent so much money can’t even get an appointment. The treatment is inconsistent, they never answer your phone call and always cancels appointment. Don’t know how to get our refund. Please avoid at all costs. We want our refund. But no one answer the phone. Last time we were there they always want to sell you more. No thanks
I had treatment from this branch for over a year now. Always receive the best service. My last appointment with Therapist Diana, very informative and caring. Also the area manager who was there on the day Anna was very sweet.
Sessions lasted about 5 mins (for three areas!!) I was literally in and then out. The intensity of the laser was ALWAYS different. I honestly felt like they were using the machine on a low intensity so I would have to purchase more sessions. They are constantly trying to sell you more laser packages/ special deals or asking you to write a review on their website. (Which is extremely awkward when people don’t take your first no as answer and keep pushing the sale). I had 12 sessions of laser treatment a Vgmedispa and the results were honestly appalling. I was completely put off trying laser again. Eventually after a bit of research I went to a different clinic and couldn’t have been more happy with the transformation of my skin and hair growth. They thoroughly cleanse & exfoliate my skin before my laser and moistures after as oppose to a baby wipe and some aloe Vera gel before and after your treatment. I’ve never left a negative review before but for the time and money I regrettably wasted and invested in this clinic I think it is deserved. I think others should be aware to really research before you invest in laser and don’t waste your money or time like I did!!
After being treated at the Richmond clinic for around a year, today I had the pleasure of being treated by Anna. For the first time, I can say my treatment was thorough and not rushed like usual. Anna was very friendly from get go and made you feel very comfortable. She is brilliant at her job and should be rewarded for her level of service.
Shocking service. Twice in the 3 months they cancelled appointments without even having a courtesy to call or email. I spent an hour drive and paid a baby sitter to come to clinic only to find out that my appointment was with someone who was no longer working at the clinic. Definitely wouid not recommend.
The lady Ana who treated me for hair laser removal at the tottham court road branch was beyond excellent, kind, caring and gentle. She kept on ensuring that the treatment was not too hot to handle as previously I was burned through this treatment. She made sure that my makeup was removed where as other technicians advised me to keep my makeup on. Ana made me understand that importance of taking this off due to pigmitation which I wasn’t made aware of before and told me under no circumstances I should keep my makeup on when being treated. Ana also gave me excellent advice for burned marks on my face, I totally recommend Ana as she knew exactly what she was talking about had excellent customer service skill.
Absolutely amazing place. The staff are exteremely friendly and helpful without fail. The results I’ve had for laser lower legs (after only 6 sessions) has been unbelievable! I had previously had my underarms done with a different company and had really poor results, I received fantastic advise and another treatment with VG Medispa Richmond and again the results have been amazing. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
