Food taste was great but the broth was not too hot, 3 pcs of chicken only and 2pcs of broccoli. Friendly staff and affordable. Good if you are in budget in my opinion only.

Light, warming, and surprisingly filing. The pho here is quite nice and very affordable. service is also very quick and most of their dishes come with a free lemon tea. The only gripe I have with them is that their bowls are a bit to thin which means that you will be holding something that's very hot when your moving to your table.
Free drink included with most order. Had the Lemongrass Chicken Pho. Chicken was sliced up and very tasty. Came with a free Lemon Ice Tea. The vegetarian spring was crispy on the outside. Don’t know why it tasted doughy on the inside. Would come back again because of the reasonable pricing.
Solid food court cuisine at fair prices. Would highly recommend their pho, subs, or anything from their C1 to C6 menu. Lady who's usually there is awesome and friendly too!
Humble and clean restaurant with affordable and delicious Vietnamese dishes. I tasted the lemon grass chicken and spring roles and find them quite healthy, fresh and delicious. The prices are very good too.
Very friendly, helpful staff. I'm trying to learn more about Vietnamese food, and they are willing to explain everything patiently. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. Although most businesses in the food fair close well before the mall does, Villa Vietnamese stays open right until the end. I'm glad that I discovered them!
Randomly went to Landsdowne mall for a quick lunch! Discover this hidden gem!! It’s around 6 for a giant Banh Mi follow with a lemon iced tea! I choose the fish one with lots of veggies inside!! And love the baguette! They are really crispy!!! The fish is not a thick one, but with the sauce they are such a perfect match! Overall: reasonable price and yummy!!
I ordered a combo classic with beef on rice today and a iced coffee/tea drink for a 1 extra. The menu item # is either C4 or C3. It also came with a salad. The WORST meal I have ever had. I got 4 pieces of beef only with some kind of onion/garlic topping, rice drizzled with their sauce (reminds me of rice drizzled with soy sauce only), plain salad with no dressing and the iced drink that they forgot to add sugar. Person who took my order is also arrogant. Gave 3 stars cause they are usually good. Consistency must be a BIG problem
