Slow service and so-so food taste overall. The hash browns (smashed potatoes) were not seasoned well, unlike last time (a reason we were back today)...sad! My veggie burger wasn’t tasty either, but the Spot salad was awesome.

There was a 20 minute wait due to social distancing within the premises. Customer service was pretty good. They've added a QR code on each table so you can scan and access the menu on your phone so you don't have to use physical menus. Food took a while and the quality was average at best. Waffles were really dry and slightly over cooked and the syrup wasn't enough. So that's 4 stars. I take off another 2 star because of cleanliness. I saw 2 tables being cleaned after customers left and I was shocked. In these COVID-19 times, this should be a major priority for business especially in the food industry. The server made only 1 quick pass on the table, with ONE spray of disinfectant and used the same cloth on the table as well as the chairs! Disgusting! Unfortunately we had already finished our food by the time we witnessed this.
We went for lunch and ordered fish and chips. Food was really good. Service is also nice. Overall a pleasent experience.
An excellent service. The food is always very good here. An impressive and special personal safety feature for the employees is: the made for White Spot special face mask, which allows you to see the employees' face and read their lips as they speak. You might think is not a big deal, but Is a perfect feature. I found the team members very friendly and ready to perform their duties with a smile. Also, they are very attentive to the customer's needs. Overall the team members seem to go above and beyond to provide safety and security to provide you with the best restaurant experience. Is open, wheel chair accessible and there is plenty of parking.
