I couldn’t be happier knowing we have Richter Plumbing close by. We’ve used them multiple times (all different issues), and they’ve been so accommodating to each situation. The most recent visit was to install a water softener and house filtration system. They were able to talk to me about the pros and cons of buying one myself, but because I trust their expertise and advice, I went with one they sell. It’s a quality softener and will be fully covered with them for a year. It’s given me such a peace of mind knowing there’s a business that will take the time to listen, give you options, and explain what they’re doing as they’re doing it. I will ALWAYS recommend them for any plumbing/excavating needs.

Aaron, the plumber, showed up within 15 minutes of our call. Work took approx 45 minutes. Aaron recommended extra work to avoid the same problem in the future and we approved it. The price was EXTREMELY reasonable. We are thankful for his professionalism, quality work and knowledge.
Arrived within an hour of calling. Pipe had frozen and burst. Fixed in short time. Gave us tips on keeping pipes clear. Both plumbers were polite, quick and professional. Thanks Richter!
