My daughter, now 11 years old, has been taking lessons non stop with Katarina since she was 4. The results have been wonderful and, most importantly, she has always made it fun and interesting for her, so in all this time she rarely has had any periods of low motivation, quite common in the piano world. And it is not only the teaching but how nice and patient she is with kids, the idyllic atmosphere she at her place, the charity concert she organises every year (an amazing experience for the students to remember for the rest of their lives), etc. We are fans!

Katarina is a wunderful and talented piano teacher who is very patient and has very effective teaching methods. She is always challenging me to be better. I am enjoying every lesson and I highly recommend piano lessons with Katarina!

I started having lessons a year ago with Katarina, having had no prior experience with any instrument, and am exceedingly happy with the progress that I have made over the year, now being able to play and read music at a level that I didn’t think would be possible in such a short time. Katarina is fantastic at keeping you encouraged to continue to learn, and provide you with the right level of challenge to progress, taking into account the amount of time that you are personally willing to put into learning and developing your skills. She is very good at simplifying and making it easy to understand new concepts and techniques. The environment that Katarina creates is very welcoming and relaxing. I am very much looking forward to continuing my journey under her guidance and support, and would happily recommend her to any adult looking to learn themselves, or to have their children learn with her, as I have seen in her Christmas concerts the level of progress and enjoyment that all ages have shown from their lessons with her.
I have been taking piano lessons with Katarina for almost a year now. Having taken piano lessons as a child, I wasn't a complete beginner - Katarina was very good at adapting the pace of the classes to match my progress and I feel I have made a lot if progress in a short time. She is very pleasant and flexible to accommodate unforeseen circumstances. Overall a great teacher!
My boy has been having lessons with Katarina for around a few years now. Her demeanour and approach with him is perfect (learning 'Jingle Bells, Batman Smells', for instance :P ), he adores coming to lessons and is learning quickly. She is both kind and hugely motivational, and he is playing pieces that he loves every single evening at home. He is a shy, sensitive boy, and she works to his strengths perfectly.
Katarina ist the most humble, genuine & passionate Piano teacher for me! I have never played piano before, but in less than a year, I reached my own goal, to play & sing! This meant a lot to me & it still does!! I still go to classes, because I want to & I enjoy it whenever I finish a new song we've been working on for a few weeks & then I get a new challenge! This keeps me motivated! Thank you for your patience & friendship we've built during the last two years! I wouldn't want anybody else to be my piano teacher!
