Just want to say a big thank you to Abdel! My property was vacated during lockdown and Abdel went above and beyond to help with finding a new tenant. He offered to record a video of the property. The video was very well done and he presented the property professionally with a very personable tone. It did make a difference and helped the apartment stand up among the rest. Abdel managed to secure a very good tenant for me and very proactive in giving me updates throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend Abdel and his team for any landlord looking to rent out their property.

I would rather be homeless and burn my money than deal with Rickdale Real Estate, especially with Abdel Elagaty. Extremely rude and disrespectful when spoken to. I won't deal with them if my life depended on it. The worst in business I have come across ever in my life.
