Absolutely love this place! Best server ever is Brook B. She always go out of her way to make sure our experience the best every time. Would give more if I could best place in town to get a beer and pizza!!!
UPDATE! I received a call from the owner himself with an apology and said how we should have never received that burnt pizza and that if they wouldn't serve the food to him then it should never go to his guest. I can say the customer service is outstanding and a true personal experience. My meal was made way better than i could have expected by the owner. The pizza we got as a replacement was absolutely delicious. It was like the 2 types of sausage were dancing on my tongue. I can say that my meal was made right and cooked to perfection. Thank you for making it up and i can't wait to try some more food at the rickety cricket. Ps the owner cooked our food and then opened the box to show us all of the pizzas glory.. Thank you to the owner for making the pizza and making my bad dinner night into a a excellent dinner night. Try it yourself you won't be disappointed. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because of the original review. The owner definitely changed my mind and it was a complete 180 turn around from my initial experience. Well done! Original review. Orderd a 30 dollar pizza and this is how I got it. BURNED SO BLACK. Go figure when we got home at 7:52 pm and they close at 8pm they wouldn't answer the phone. I called from 2 phones just to get a response. I can say I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Or you can try it and see if you get a burnt pizza and no refund!
Outstanding food! Above all, the owner/operator sets a high service standard that sometimes seems to have disappeared over the years. We appreciate that high standard and work ethic! Thank you for a great meal, a cold tasty beer and your hospitality :)
