I would without hesitation recommend Digital Garden (DG). Ben from DG, often described as the ace in a deck of cards, handily fulfils the role as a Senior Web Developer and more. I have had the pleasure of working with Ben for three years during my time at Dixons Carphone, where we have collaborated on multiple projects and whereby Ben was the original developer of various applications. Ben has a long history of experience with PHP, Laravel, Symfony, MySQL, WordPress, Ruby, Unix Servers/CLI and amongst numerous other languages and frameworks. Not only can Ben program but he also has an eye for design, laying out the UI in a clean, professional, presentable manner. Skills aside however, Ben is also the individual who is present within company meetings to represent from a technical perspective, with the expertise to act as a consultant, solutionise ideas, provide timelines and understand the effort required to deliver. No matter the difficulties faced during projects, Ben is also understanding of everyone’s perspective which makes working with him a delight. With all the above said, it makes it easy for myself and others at Dixons Carphone to recommend Ben in any of his future endeavours.
