I needed to use the DHL service point to drop off a package. On approaching the assistant on the till I had to grab her attention. I got the impression that she was trying to look busy. When enquiring about the DHL service point service, she immediately informed me that I'd have to come back after half an hour when her colleague was expected to return from her break. There were other staff stocking shelves, so this excuse felt pathetic.

Did not have what i needed even tho it was stationary? They wont order things for u if they dont have it, they seem more like a SWEET SHOP!
