Absolutely wonderful service and excellent price. Trevor was literally the only person I could find that could fix my 2000 watt fat tyre sit down scooter and worked extremely hard to trouble shoot and resolve the problem. 10 out of 10.

These guys are the real deal. After looking at countless e-bikes in bike shops and online I found Ride Electric. They were super helpful. Getting to work just got so much fun & easier :) Amazing service!
Truly the nicest people to deal with. I purchased my Zero 11x today, and I really have to say.. When you deal with these guys, you'll be pleasantly greeted by a sales team that will really really look after you. You'll receive a scooter you know is well assembled, with a quality control that underlines they are conciencious about the safety of their customers. They even offer a complimentary 200km check-over to ensure everything is still safe and sound on your machine. That is a strong representation of the standard of service these guys have to offer. Not overly impressed. Ordered my Zero 10X online - I live in Canberra so had no alternative but to order online for delivery. Got an email to log into my account and a password - did not work. I tried the change password link - account not authorised for changing passwords. Reached out on their website via their chat on a Saturday - got an email saying that they would get back in touch with me - no one did. Emailed again on the Monday, all I wanted to do was track my order, someone called Monday afternoon t confirm the order, confirmed, said it would ship Monday afternoon and I would get tracking info, nothing arrived, reached out on the Wednesday, and got an email back with tracking. The scooter arrived; it is fantastic. I reached out on Friday about some spare parts, no response so ended up ordering directly from FALCONPEV in Singapore. Maybe if I lived in Queensland and went to the store, I may have got the same level of service as other people wrote about. But as mentioned above, I am not overly impressed with their 'online' service.
Natalie was great to deal with and the Smartmotion Bike goes really well especially on bush tracks with more range than I can cycle and a fast average speed to leave manual mountain bikes far behind. The lavall helmet is state of the art playing music and taking phone calls and giving traffic signals
I have dealt with this team for a couple of years now and they are fantastic to deal with! Thoroughly professional and work hard to keep you satisfied. I have purchased both a Zero 10X and now a Zero 11X and would not go any other dealer besides these guys. Both the Sales team and Service team are the best!! ZERO regrets here.

Without a doubt, some of the best service you'll find out there. I have been dealing with some horrible scooter companies but this one has gone beyond my expectations. I personally want to mention Ben and Trevor for their ability to help me with my scooter repair. Ben was accomodating, bright and understood my concerns straight away and I was blown away by his high level of customer service. Trevor, the scooter mechanic, explained everything he was working on for my repair and did a fantastic job fixing my scooter and it's upgrades. A Service and Friendly Staff
