If you're considering buying an electric vehicle then I'd suggest buying from Ride Electric North Brisbane. Mitch and Corine live and breath scooters and will fithful your every scooter needs. Best customer service. Thanks again guys. I love my Zero 10x. :)

I ordered my scooter from VIC, arrived in 4 days WOW, my Zero 8, great service from Mitch, thank you for your help, much appreciated, i love this scooter, its great for commuting around melbourne, and i dont have to use public transport. :-)

We purchased a ZERO 10 x from ride electrics everything seemed fine we were happy with the scooter untill my partner pluges her phone cord into the usb input on controller so she could charge her phone while riding all seemed well till we were crossing a road and the whole scooter just cut out when we talked to Mitch at ride electrics we were told very bluntly to not do that with out any explanation.to this day we are still waiting to find out why you would have a USB port but can't use it would be like buying a car but can't use a accessorie dosnt make sense

I cannot recommend Mitch and Corine's new business any higher than exceptional! I made an inquiry re the Zero 11X on a world wide FB forum in which Mitch responded giving me heaps of helpful information. He told me about his new business which worked out really great as it's only a few minutes away from where I live! I decided I wanted to buy the 11X (after watching a few Youtube reviews) from Mitch, and within a few days he was able to personally deliver it to my house with it all setup ready to go. Both Mitch and Corine spent some time going over everything with me, it's features, how it works, etc. giving me the utmost assurance in a high quality product. They also told me about an amazing bunch of people who get together regularly for group rides here in Brisbane called "ScootMasters". I've now been on a couple of these group rides, and had a ball! Very well organised. A week later I discovered the rear tyre was completely flat and wasn't able to inflate it myself. I contacted Mitch and in less than an hour he was onsite at my house with a repair kit, getting me up and running again!! Now that's amazing quality after sales service right there!! For anyone who is after a high quality scooter or ebike, and who wants an amazingly personal service - go straight to Ride Electric North Brisbane!! I can safely say they will make sure you walk out the door with a huge smile on your face!
