The entire staff including Ryan in sales, Steve in finance, and Mike in parts made sure that I was properly set up with the right gear and bike. I am a brand new rider and they were very patient with my newbie questions and tremendously helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience and cannot wait to go back for my next bike! I recently purchased a beginner bike from North Valley. It had been 35 years since I had really been riding. Got on a friends scooter a couple of months back and wow, it hit me. I remembered how much I enjoyed being out on the road on two wheels. Took a motorcycle safety course and next thing you know I stopped in to consider a bike of my own. I walked in to take a look around and I was fortunate to have Ryan help me. Told him I was looking to get back into riding, he was very helpful, no high pressure, we looked at the appropriate bikes for my current skill set. Got on them , got off, discussed prices ( excellent selection, competitive pricing ). Went to another shop to look at a different model and back at North Valley the next day. Made the purchase, everyone at North Valley, courteous, helpful, respectful of my particular needs in a bike. In short , one happy customer. I believe it was Ric (excellent, thorough) who gave the walk around, explaining the particular features of the bike and I was off. Within a mile of riding home I knew I was on the right bike for me. Perfect fit, excellent transaction, great people. I'll be back. ( PS, buy your bike on a Friday, bought mine on a Thursday and took all my willpower to show up at work on Friday and not spend the day riding )

I moved my 2005 Kawasaki Prairie 360 from a \u003c2,000 ft elevation (phoenix) to our new campsite at 6,500 elevation ( grand canyon area). Then the problems started 4x4 dis-engaging, drive belt warning light flashing, and engine stalling out. Jeremy Rodriguez ( the new service manager) worked with me ( and their mechanic) to figure out the multiple solutions required. It took two visits, and a consultation with a technical representative, but they never gave up. And keep a friendly and positive attitude. NOW - My ATV is running strong and with 4x4 climbs to 7,500 and never gives up. Five Stars to N. Valley Honda & Kawasaki!!
