Drove almost an hour to check seat height on a bike I was interested in. I was upfront about not being in a position to buy, especially after trying a couple years ago and having an awful experience at another place. John R, or Big John as he's known, was totally cool with answering some questions. Then I saw the W800 they had on display. It wasn't the bike I was looking for initially but it was on my list. They had it on a tremendous markdown and I was bummed I didn't have even a down payment I could offer. John simply asked, \What's stopping you from just trying? I promise it'll only get run once and I'm gonna do my best to make it happen.\ with zero pressure. Amazingly they found a financier and were even able to put some gear on the ticket as I was literally not planning on getting a bike till late 2021. I couldn't be happier with the service, the professionalism, or the bike. And with the warranty package they're even gonna come get it so I don't have to ride all the way over there each service. Pure gold.

I am a \happy happy\ new owner of a Polaris Slingshot SLR - much thanks to Joe C. He was extremely helpful and most knowledge in all the different styles, accessories, ...everything from outside to inside (bumper to bumper). The test rides were great as I was able to get the feel of the ride and ask any questions I had with Joe C. during our cruise. I never felt rushed, pushed or pressured to buy and Joe C. helped the purchase process go by smoothly. I have absolutely no negative feed back with the finance/purchase dept. They communicated well, didn't waste my time and we were able to come to a reasonable agreement.

I will be totally honest I feel that the instructor JEN is the best instructor she was patient she answered any questions you had, she said “the only dumb question would be the one you don’t ask”. In my class she evaluated the skill set of all in the class and taught appropriately, if you need more time just ask for it she was very easy to get along with and my class mates were awesome. All were very friendly and helped and motivated each other and she started that in the beginning of the class by allowing us to introduce ourselves and to tell a little about ourselves to get to know each other before we even touched the range, I had a fabulous time I already referred 2 people, if you don’t pass her course then you have to accept that riding may just not be for you. Love you Jen you made a new friend indeed.
