Great Box, I love the community, accountability, and how tight knit and encouraging the coaches are with everyone. Crossfit seemed intimidating at first since I don't weight lift and hadn't been to gym in years, but they provide lots of training and help so that you can achieve that perfect form! I would highly recommend CrossFit China Lake!
