Southern sierra medical clinic: although I have received decent service during my scheduled doctor appointments. Each time I have waited over an hour, and once 2 hours after my scheduled appointment to see my doctor. This is atrocious and completely unprofessional.

I was induced and had my baby here last week and had a great experience! The nurses were all very nice and helpful and made sure my husband, baby, and I were happy and taken care of. They made sure I was informed about what was going on. My husband and I were also pleasantly surprised at how good the food was! Really tasty!

If you need pain management be prepared to kiss the ring of the powerful Dr De Silva and pray he will bless you with a appointment and treatment. As a disabled senior I was hoping to get some relief from my chronic pain and suffering along with the improvement of the quality of my life by seeing Dr De Silva, but little did I know he has the power to refuse your treatment. So one would think the oath the Dr's take would mean something to them, not in this case. I called and emailed the CEO of this hospital as he preaches a good game of caring over 5 times only to not be contacted by him, but I did get a registered letter saying he and the team on the board decided that the Dr has the right to refuse treatment in turn denial of my quality of life. They don't respond to email or calls and yet stand by the mighty De Silva. They don't care about your disability, age or quality of life they do care their image looks good. Bottom line if in pain and you need help either bow down or be ready to go see a Dr and team that cares in a near by city as this place is a joke
