Just got done with picking up two orders from the photo center. Cody was at the counter tonight and he was absolutely fantastic! He should get a Christmas bonus !His customer service skills and his willingness to be a problem silver and give me the right price on my internet order and correct order made for a really good experience tonight. My photo prints had not been processed in store although the app said they were complete. My prints were not in their system either so I had to reupload and reorder , but my order got processed at a different price because the online coupon was no longer available. As he was tracking down what had happened with my order the line was building up, however he maintained great attention to my order and the rest of the customers. The store manager honoered the online discount as they didn't have my order ready or my photos in the system. Overall , Cody solved a problem that could've created a very unpleasant experience for everyone involved and took what could've been an awful experience into one that will keep my loyalty to Walgreens.
