Brian is responsive, responsible, professional, and kind. We just moved into a home that had an older system, and Brian brought it up-to-date to work like a dream. When I found an issue we hadn't noticed during the first visit, he made coming back to us a priority to help fix it. He took the time to trace the route of the older system and made sure the end of it was properly sealed. I really appreciated his work, and we got some restaurant recommendations out of it as well. I’ve known Brian Wasicki of Central Vacuum Service since 2012. The vacuum and service are top notch. Brian is honest, reliable, knowledgeable, and he is really just a good guy. He installed a unit in 2012 which is still in great shape ( even with an extraordinary amount of pet hair ). He was able to swing by for a service call because he was in the neighborhood which I greatly appreciated. Worth the wait he is busy for a reason!
