I only gave them 5 stars because I do not have the option for more.... We were in a pinch to move one of my sons ... Star from Prime- now Cube smart.. helped me through pressing time. Got the truck..moved son one trip saved 6 hours .... Now we are doing construction on the house. We needed a big storage unit & a smaller temperature controled unit ..We went back .. 5 Stars again.... I've worked in customer service 40 years. The service & attention by their employee STAR...was & is great.. makes it painless & efficient.. thanks again. STAR is a star at Cube Smart. PS hey Google you need a higher star rating on this one .. 5 STAR Thanks Kevin Roche

I have been with them when they were still trading as Prime Storage. The front desk rep is very friendly, well informed, a good lister and always very helpful. Expect nothing but exceptional service from Star. She is indeed a Star! The place is safe and clean. One of the best storage facilities in town. I highly recommend CubeSmart to anyone in need of storage units. Trust me, you wont regret a thing!
After relocating from New York, I am so grateful I found this CubeSmart location. Star R. made the process smooth and explained everything thoroughly. The facility is clean and well lit! I would highly recommend to anyone need safe and secure storage.
I've rented here for quite some time now. Even recommended my buddies who now store here. I always have piece of mind knowing Star and her staff are running this place. Couldn't ask for a nicer person to do business with.
I love Star over at CubeSmart in Ridgefield! We all know how insufferable moving can be and she has made it seamless every time for me. I am moving more locally soon and I am looking forward to working with her again. In addition to Star being so wonderful, I the units themselves are very reasonable in size and price. I absolutely recommend this facility.
