I had a great experience with them, and would use them again the next time I move. I moved items from a two bedroom house in Lake Hiawatha, NJ to Wayne, NJ. The movers gave me a courtesy call, came in on time and moved everything as instructed. Moving the items to storage was a cliff hanger because for awhile it didn't look like everything was going to fit, but they were calm and after a few trial and errors, to my relief, put everything in its place with room to spare. They even joked about how it was like playing an intense, real life game of Tetris. Thank you Movroad, I will call on you again soon.

I requested an online quote. They responded very quick, within 10 minutes. I was able to provide the inventory list and got the most accurate quote. They also called me couple days before the move to confirm my final item list so there would be no surprise charges on the moving day! On the moving day I had 3 men and a truck. Before they started, Foreman measured the temperature of the crew and they all had masks, gloves and even shoe covers! It took them 5 hours to move my 2bdrm apartment on the 3d floor. And that's with 45 minutes driving to my new home! Highly recommended, very professional and efficient movers.
Got a quote over the phone and was told that’s what I would pay on the day of the move, no hidden fees. When they arrived, they tried to charge me 5% for tip when I was told and have an invoice stating only 2%. They also tried to charge me an additional fee for them to drive back to their base. They had a special that stated at the time of my move they would mount my T.V.’s on my walls for free. When I went over this with the movers they told me they wouldn’t be able to do it because they don’t have the tools and don’t know how to. To make things worse, they stated they would not assemble my daughters crib, only take it apart, again, this is not what’s stated on the invoice. I asked to speak to a manager and they couldn’t get in contact with anyone from the company (go figure). After over an hour, I finally got to speak to the owner of the company who was a sweetheart. She did everything in her power to make things right, she even came to my home personally. Although the owner was great, there were some negatives that I can’t overlook. In addition to the issues with the invoice, the guys that were sent for the move were extremely slow and took 8hrs just wrapping and loading. The move took them a total of 12hrs to complete, and they had to bring more men to help finish the job. They left my old home and new home a mess and were not careful and didn’t clean up after themselves. I had scuff marks on my walls, rolls of tape were all over both homes. While the owner did an amazing job making up for the issues, my overall experience with this company was not ideal. I would say to make sure the charges are clear and get an invoice ahead of time. Additionally, call ahead to confirm and make sure you request the right number of workers needed to complete the job on time.

Very efficient! They came to my apartment right on the day when I requested a quote! Ray went through my apartment with me and gave me a quote that ended up being 100% spot on. The crew came on time with masks and GLOVES on! Doesnt happen too often. His team wrapped everything extremely careful, including crating my paintings. They offered me labeling all the boxes and then put them exactly where I wanted them. Such an outstanding moving service! Thank you, guys!

Be honest: moving pretty much the worst activity to do! Especially if you are moving during Covid-19! My husband have found Movroad Express on Google and called directly. They have scheduled a video-call to see what exactly we wanted to move. So comfy! Since we didnt even need to write the inventory list by ourselves. A very nice man called us on the next day and walked through our home with my husband to write down every piece of furniture. He told us in details how they going to wrap everything and what technologies they use. And Oh My God! I have never seen anything even close in moving industry. On the moving day they covered the WALLS with special mats not to scratch it during the move. They had special convertible boxes for dishes so it wouldnt be broken. AGAIN I have never seen this before! We used their full-packing service, so they also provided us with the wardrobe boxes and mattress covers. Also they packed our paintings and TVs in special crates. They wiped our furniture before they put it in the truck. Amazing service and unique approach! I am so happy we moved with Movroad Express! The job was done in 8.5 hours excluding 50 minutes driving to our new home. Strongly recommended!
