Almost Angel

Wonderful repair shop. My truck is almost 20 years old and was inherited. They did a ton of maintenance in a very quick period of time. Very friendly and helpful, super great to work with and totally fair price. They walk you through everything they plan on doing and even the invoice was in order of importance so if I needed to split up the repairs the important stuff could get done and I still had an idea of what other stuff might need repairs. We decided to get it all done with them right away and the truck drives great. Never had an easier time at a repair shop. 10/10 would recommend, i will be returning here whenever I have repair needs.

My engine went out on my vehicle, they did the diagnostic for free. Jim at the front desk was so helpful and kind, he even called Hyundai for me. Hyundai is repairing my vehicle but all thanks to My Auto Works. I had my axle replaced a few years ago, best value and customer service in the area!

The service and hand-holding (figuratively, of course) I received from Nov. 18th to Dec. 23rd while my 2008, Scion XD was in the care of My Auto Works was exceptional. Each step including: diagnostics, explanations, options, a loaner car, more explanations and finally decision making, left me knowing I will continue to recommend MAW and take my new car (hopefully not for quite some time) back to this auto repair business when the time comes. This is the first review I've written for this business but not the first experience with their service and repair. All my past experiences including this most recent event (major engine problem) with My Auto Works leaves me knowing I have a respected and reliable place to return to when I need future auto service. Special thanks to Jim the Knowledgeable and Kind Wizard who is not behind the curtain, but in plain site right behind the front desk when you walk in or call and ready to meet your needs.

Needed to find a local shop to take over maintenance from my dealership. Was experiencing a oil leak issue and found My Auto Works was near us. Gave them a shot and thrilled that our experience was amazing. Not only were they very helpful and attentive, the issue was very minor and didn’t even charge us to fix it. They put their trust in their customer service to create long term customers, and it worked. Will definitely be back again.

As always they succeeded to check everything off the list you would expect from a good reputable honest and top tier auto mechanic place!
