The crew was amazing. They got all our stuff (including some large, heavy pieces of furniture), out of our old place and into the new place with ease. The new place has three flights of stairs but that wasn't a problem at all. They were on time and got the job done quicker than expected. All costs were explained in detail, both during the initial phone call and on the day of the move. We were referred to Prudential Van Lines by a family member who had used them, and we would recommend to anyone. Hopefully we don't have to move again any time soon, but if we do, we will keep Prudential Van Lines in mind.

Krystal responded within about 24 hours when I requested a quote to move from NJ to the Bay Area in Ca. The movers were consistently on time if not a little early. The team that picked up the load did a phenomenal job of wrapping,packing, & inventorying my belongings. The drop off crew was just as professional,proficient & courteous. They were on time if not early with promised pick up and delivery times. Krystal was instrumental in keeping me updated with the status of delivery. There were no hidden or unexplained surprise fees at any time. This was a smooth move.
My first impression of the professionalism of the office staff. They were knowledgeable, professional and very helpful in every conversation. The moving team did a great job. They were very efficient, wasting no time and getting every in and out of the truck. I can honestly say that was the best move we ever had. We will have to move again and we definitely will use them.
