I rarely write reviews but the service I received was above and beyond. They have an excellent system in place to drop off bikes for service by simply sending them a text so you don't even have to enter the store if you don't feel comfortable doing so. I brought my old felt road bike in for a tune and Dave got my bike working better than when it was new. He advised me that my cables also needed to be replaced as did some bearings. The shop I used to go to never mentioned replacing these things once in the 10 years I've been having this bike serviced. Boy did it make a world of difference. My brakes and shifting have never worked nearly as good as they now do. He even matched the cable tips to the color of the new bar tape that was put on!! I am relatively new to the area and this was my first time bringing my bike in to Ridgefield Bicycle and I will definitely be bringing my bike here for service from now on. Thanks again to Dave for going above & beyond fixing my felt and doing it so quickly. I highly recommend bringing your bike to these guys. The store also has a large selection of products and amazingly had a lot of new bikes in stock (which is rare now since covid). If you haven't been here before do yourself (and your bike) a favor and stop in. Thanks!

Highly recommended. The staff is (a) knowledgable and (b) friendly. [Not all shops are both (a) and (b). Usually you get one but not the other.] Dave makes it an ideal place to get repairs for tricky or unusual bike problems.

Purchased 2 Cannondale E bikes, we did not know anything about them. Went to a number of bike shops as well as searching on line. Then went to Ridgefield Bike. Best place to purchase. The owner and staff could not have been better. Great knowledge great service great personalities. I highly recommend.

I'm giving them a 5 only because I can't go higher. These guys are ultramegasuperstars (no joke). Recently I ordered a 4 bike rack from them that I needed for a family bike trip - at the last minute they realize that there was a mix up and that the rack was unavailable. So instead, the GAVE me a used 5 bike rack that they had around for free! What amazing service. I've purchased two bikes from them in the past and will definitely continue to do so in the future.
