The staffs are extremely helpful. I have visiting several times to ship my items, notarize. Every time I have received the best service I have ever imagined.

Exceptionally rude! All I asked where to put pre-packaged pre-labeled box instead of waiting in 15min line. I guess not making money from drop offs.

Do you like taking risks? Do you enjoy putting your elderly neighbors' health in jeopardy? Does it bring you great joy to be waited on by older, shouty men who can barely contain their disdain while you pay an arm and a leg to ship your package? Then go to this store for sure, where the manager loves to wander around with his mask under his chin, (or at best under his nose) potentially spewing asymptomatic COVID germs all over the place, and snaps at customers. As for me and mine, well we've moved onto having UPS pick up packages directly from our house. Just go to UPS online instead, and cut out the COVIDY, super-spreader, grumpy middleman. It is worth it!

The person was really rude and asked me to leave before I could buy wrapping material, that just because they were busy with drop offs. I waited in line like everyone. Will avoid coming back to this place.

I recently mailed documents to South Africa and I couldn’t be more happier about how smooth the delivery went . There was a bit of an error when the mail was in South Africa, attempted delivery was at wrong address, however I called ups in Ridgefield Danbury road and the gentleman who helped me was very helpful and made sure my mail was delivered to the right address the next business day . I’m a happy customer ️.

Not being from this area, I trusted UPS to take care of my shipping needs. Boy, was I wrong. I came in to mail a couple packages and ran into a number of problems: The television was on and blaring partisan politics so loud that it was distracting throughout the store and made it hard to hear the associate that I was trying to work with. While I don't care what your personal political thoughts are, I think having things like this on in a retail location (regardless of which side you're on) is just asking to upset at least a portion (half?) of your potential client base. I came in with a hand written address label that was specific to the people I was mailing to. The associate working typed in the address on it and then literally threw my note away. The other item I packed into a mailer I purchased from this location. I wrote the address and a "do not open til... " note on the front. The associate again printed out a huge shipping label and stuck it over the top of my handwritten note. Upon noting that he'd covered up an important message, he said he'd take care of my "Christmas note". I told him that it had said "Do not open until "6 month" clothes are needed"... it wasn't a Christmas gift at all, it was an early baby gift. I insisted on hand writing it on the packing label myself at that point. Now, 2 weeks later, neither of the packages I shipped have been received by the recipients. Having trusted UPS in the past, I was stupid and didn't keep the receipts, so I don't have tracking numbers. I'm not sure where my handmade baby gifts went (yep, this part is my fault, but seriously...). I cannot say strongly enough that you should just go to the nearest Post Office or FedEx.

They charge 3 for prepaid label . Just one piece of paper costs me 3 dollar . The other location only charge 1 for it .
