I can't give a complete review yet. I am still waiting for diagnosis. I arrived at 530 pm. I had contacted them around 130 pm to let them know my problem and when I would arrive. When I got here they had no record of my call. I was told they would have a diagnosis in about 2 hours and most likely would be unable to do repairs until next am. They offer to provide transportation to a motel. I accepted the offer and was told to wait in the lounge and they would come get me. 2 hours later with no ride I inquired and they said so very sorry they forgot about me. They still hadn't gotten to the truck. They promised to call with an update as soon as they had one. The next am I called at 715 am and they said someone was working on the truck. I called about 2 hours later and still no information. Just before 11 am I called again and asked for a ride back to the shop as I had just checked out of the motel. They stated they would get me a ride. Also the main problem had been repaired which was a wire shorted out on the driveline. They would get a quote together to repair the plate light and back up camera. I waited 3 hours in the hotel lobby for an update and a ride. I called 3 times. They were still waiting for the estimate and so sorry about the ride. They forgot about me again. Half an hour later they finally get me a ride. Now at the shop and still no estimate for the repairs. I will update this review once I get out of here. 22 hours later and I am leaving with only part of the repairs completed. Still no estimate for needed repairs. They say the hold up is the parts department. My best guess is they had at least 5 hours to look up parts. I have no intention of returning here. The service writer did apologize for all the issues.

Two Bros and Jack

Hands down the best diesel shop in state of Washington and Portland metro area. Worth the drive 15 min from Portland . They are straight forward, honest and they treat you with respect . Mechanics are experienced and very very knowledgeable . The facility is in convenient location. I highly recommend this shop for any of your needs . Fleet owner .

If you think cheap is better than a quality job done right the first time then you should sell your truck and get a job flipping burgers. Down time is a killer in business and they go out of their way to minimize that down time. Western Star treats you and your machine with respect. Good job.
