Terrific sales experience. Bought a pre owned 2019 Audi A7 from them and couldn't be happier. Everyone from the sales staff, finance staff to the general manager John Hill was extremely courteous and professional. Even the paperwork took under 45 minutes - they did not try to force me into buying any unneeded warranties and such. Although the car was in excellent condition, there was a small chip in the windshield as well as only one key when I took delivery of the car. Note that I am out of state and drove all the way from Detroit to get this particular piece as it had everything I wanted. They went over and beyond what was expected and goodwilled both a new windshield and a key. Thank you John and rest of the staff at Cadillac of Jackson for your honest dealings and impressive salesmanship.

Been searching for weeks for a Cadillac CT6 3.0 Twin Turbo, within a 500 miles radius. So I came across Cadillac of Jackson in Ridgeline Mississippi, which is 6 hours from home, picked up the phone and meet a salesman by the name of Chris Cockrell so we talk for several days. Then yesterday we get to the dealership Chris took great care of us and was very knowledgably and professional which made our car purchase experience flawless his professionalism and enthusiasm to get the job done exceeded our expectations. Well worth the 6 hour drive I will spread the word to my Military friends and family if you in the market for Cadillac this is the place to go.
