Requip just gained a new customer. Diagnosis and estimate to repair was as quoted. Followed up with me after repaired. Great company to have on the Shore!

I dropped off 4 microwaves, he told me it ll take me 2 hours tomorrow and they will be done, this was three weeks ago, I keep calling and leaving text messages and he respond after so many calls and texts, and keep telling how busy he is, but that’s not what he told me when I took them to his shop. Last week on Tuesday I spoke to him and he told me Friday they will be ready and he will call me to pick them up, well today is Monday and called many time and text messages too but never got any response back, I asked my friend to call him I need to know what time he will be there so I can go and pick them up, and answered his call and told him I can go and pick them up at 5 and he never fixed them, So my microwaves been in his shop for over weeks now, worst service and treatment I got from anybody ever, I have seven restaurants and I will never think of dealing with people like that a gain.
