We have had truvista for 2 years the Internet is slow and we are at the highest speed. The phone service is horrible. There are times when we come and there is no dial tone. When we call to report we are threatening with a 49 service fee if a technician comes out and our phones are bad. We purchased new phones and the phone service is worse. We have been without phone service for a week and Internet for 3 days. Technician came out yesterday and informed us that he was suppose to get off at 5:00 it was 7:00 when he arrived. He walked around our yard got in his truck and left without informing us of anything. Our contract is up this month and we are desperate to find another provider here in Ridgeway, SC
